Welcome to AQChess ("AQChess," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aqchess.com and all related services, features, content, tools, products, and digital materials we provide (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the website, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

License to AQChess

By uploading or submitting User Content, you grant AQChess a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, and display that User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, promote, and provide the Services.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to upload, post, or share any content that:

• is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, or obscene
• infringes another person’s intellectual property or other rights
• contains malware or harmful code
• violates these Terms or any applicable law

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services for any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful purpose. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

5. Digital Products, License, and Payment

AQChess offers digital products and services, including chess courses, puzzle materials, training content, and related digital resources.

Pricing

Prices for products and services are shown on the applicable product or checkout page. Prices may change at any time, but any change will not affect an order that has already been successfully completed.

Personal Use License

Unless we state otherwise in writing, when you purchase a digital product from AQChess, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use that product for your personal, lawful, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

• resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense purchased digital products
• upload purchased materials to public websites, forums, or file-sharing services
• reproduce or commercially exploit our digital content without permission

Payment

Payments are currently processed through PayPal or other payment methods that we may make available at checkout from time to time. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your order and to comply with the terms of the applicable payment processor.

We do not store your full payment card number or full financial account credentials on our servers.

Digital Delivery

Purchased digital products may be delivered through account access, download, email, or another electronic method that we use. Access is usually provided shortly after successful payment, but delivery may be delayed due to technical issues, payment review, or account verification.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Because AQChess sells digital products, some purchases may be non-refundable once access, download, or delivery has been provided, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.
